A beautiful new addition to this family home requires a landscape to match. We are working with the client to build the bridge from the modern massed facade to the wilderness of the backyard 25′ below.
A large garage roof terrace off the main floor acts as an extension to the living and dining areas. Planters create separation from the neighbours and define the space before the stairs carry you down the the parking level. Here you’re met with a a deconstructed walkway surround by planting, and floating slab steps bring you down to the lounge area. This lush room is tucked into the hillside and provides a relaxing destination where the family can take in the view.
