This home was a bit of a wallflower when the clients first moved in! It blended in with the neighbouring homes with no major distinguishing features and a bit of a rundown facade. After renovating the porch, painting the siding, and revamping the walkways and planting, this property is now a streetside stunner. We were able to manipulate some existing features to retain the character of the home while sticking to a budget, and in other areas we started from scratch. The new colours complement the traditional charm of the porch and the new walkway and parking area function as a chalk art canvas and basketball court for the young kids.
